No it's not wrong to love yourself, It is wrong to think that you are better than someone else because of how they look because unless you are 100% perfect and every living being in the world wants to be with you you are not.
Yes it is ok to love yourself as long as you respect other people

You must love yourself first, before you can love someone else. Life is so much better, when you love yourself. You don't expect other people to make you happy. Anything someone else can bring to the relationship is a bonus, not a must. You keep loving yourself, that's the only way to really have peace.

No, but if you can't love the one your with at least as much as you love yourself, then you don't love them...When you do fall in love, the hart pounding palm sweating, toe curling, back arching type of love that only a lucky few find. When you look at that person and can really say to yourself ,"I would take a bullet for her/him",
when a million dollars would be worthless without them, yea then you love them and yourself.....other then that "loving yourself is just a defensive position, waiting for love".

I know this idea that You must love your self to love anyone else is very popular. However I actually think in general we as humanity don't have any problem in putting our selves first. I in fact think the problem is that we don't prefer other people.
I think there is a difference in accepting your self for what you are and who you are, and improving your self as a person. And then having a strange appreciation for yourself lol, in that you think you are the bees knees or the dogs dangly bits.
Anyway i know for a fact that the Grendles love em selves and they are makin me lovely next door neighbours lives hell at the moment.
PLUS THEY WEAR BASE BALL CAPS TO DO THE WASHING UP,,,,,,,, hmmmmmmm whats that about lefty!?

Depends whether you love yourself in a conceited way and think your above everyone else?if you do this then yes it is wrong,however if you love yourself quietly that is fine!

Certainly not. It is a way to protect your self esteem. Every morning I hug myself and say that I love myself. It keeps me going when everything goes wrong.
