Are there any straights that turned gay?
Ah but such a question just destroys the whole nature of who we are!
I think I will turn straight now, or oh I think I will turn gay now!
Oh how about I think I will turn green now!
Or how about oh I think I will turn bi now!
Just think how exciting life would be if we had the power to just turn like that!

Turned doubt it!

Tried to be the other oh yes tons of people especially gay people trying to be straight!

And still there are tons of people who are in those religious sects that are lying to themselves and others (but not lying to God by the way because God created them and knows) that they are cured! Ha! Only their secret thoughts and desires and God know their lying!

I think there are gays who either:

1. Weren't really gay to begin with who've decided to be straight.
2. Gays who choose to live a straight life because of self-hatred and/or they don't want to deal with what their families/friends would say.

A person can act straight. I did for 42 years. Then after wasting a good portion of my life trying to be what others wanted me to be, I embraced myself and am now mentally healthier than I have been since grade school.

I could easily go back to living a lie, but I would not be happy. Of course I would not BE straight. I would just be acting straight.

No, because you cannot change your sexual orientation but you can pretend to be something your not. I reckon most of the alleged cases of "gays turning straight" are in reality bisexuals who due to religion choose to be with a partner of the opposite sex.

First of all that saying is word play since you can't actually 'turn' in a straight line. However I do think it's more or less true. I don't think people can switch sexuality.

This goes back to the argument of nature vs nurture. Is being gay a product of how you were raised or is it in your genes. Science is now catching up to what gays have known all along. Being gay is not a choice.

There are, yes, they are the ones who fall for the whole religous, god hats faags, bullshit and claim they "found" god and Jesus saved them. While in reality they are only lying to themselves and living a miserable life. I feel bad for them.

Yes, there are plenty of people who have abandoned the gay strifestyle and live happy and fulfilled lives.
