Frist will never get the nomination. If he does it will be worst than Dole's defeat. He has nothing that attracts the independent voter.

McCain or Guiliani may be labeled moderates in the Republican party but they are Republicans. This recent election should show them that moderates can win in the South as several "Blue Dog"
Democrats won and were elected by the independents and today I would say that the number of independent voters in the South is pushing the registered Republicans/Democrats. So my answer is that McCain/Guiliani could woe enough of the registered Republicans to win the nomination.

After Bill Clinton (Arkansas) and George Bush (Texas), maybe even the South will go along with a Western or a Northeastern candidate, based on all the complaining I have seen and heard lately.

I'm willing to listen to both of these guys though I no longer live in the South.

i think that the Atlanta Falcons will repeat as NFC South branch champions this upcoming season. The Falcons will win the branch via a minimum of three video games. it is going to likely be a particular race for 2d interior the branch, and assured between the NFC's Wild Card berths, between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New Orleans Saints, and Carolina Panthers.

Maybe because McCain did it in South Carloilina already against Bush. I also beleive that you will see a more moderate GOP canidate get the nod in order to pull from the middle group of voters. Thats going to be the best ammo against the Dems choice.

because the rep party is not just going left but going at an astonishing rate and they dont have to hide their true thoughts like the ones we have now in office. A true conservative has no chance in this culture of what can you do for me society that has taken over this country like every other republic that has ever been created in the history of the world.

heres some stats
pop of counties won by gore 2000 elec. gore 127 mil bush 143 mil
squar miles of land won gore 580,000 bush 2,427,000
states won gore 19 bush 29
murder rate per 100000 res in counties gore 13.2 bush 2.1
Yet Gore almost won.
Not to mention bush isnt a conservative either but this shows you dont need true conservative vote to win.

thank the liberal thought for ruining this country and ultimately going to cause its demise.
