We don't have 9-1-1 here but I did call our equivalent when some people were breaking into the house while I was there!

Back when pagers were the way to go I was really sleepy but I was paging someone & putting "911" after my phone #. Well, I was half-asleep & paged them several times and I guess one time, I actually called 911 & at some point I passed out with the phone off the hook. It's the middle of the night & the sheriff's are pounding on our door, b/c when the 911 operator called back, they couldn't reach anyone. My poor parents & the things I put them through, lol ...

Yes I have called 911. I live on a street with a big hill to it, and a freak ice storm hit around dusk, and a whole bunch of cars just went out of control on the hill, skidding and slipping. A few people were hurt, so I had to call for help. It was crazy! Cars on peoples yards, and one went right into a neighbours house, ended up in their living room. Quite scary! A lady was trapped in her car, and it was just mangled.

Yes. My sister got attacked by a pitbull 3 years ago from our neighbors who was not on a leash. Thank God it wasn't that bad but we called cause she had to go to the hospital and the police came to our nieghbor's house. She is alright but she is now scared of big dogs and unfortunately we did not sue. However, 2 months ago our neighbor got attacked by the same dog, so we are planning on a court case.

I thank GOD, that I never call 9-1-1, only emergency, I have was no toilet paper. at 4AM

yeah, when i was like 9 years old. it was cuz my grandpa was fighting my aunt's boyfriend. he had my grandpa on the floor and punching his face. my uncle got home from work and still had his steel toe boots on. he ran out the back door and kicked him in the face. he flew a few feet and was knocked unconscious. the cops arrived and he couldnt remember anything until he saw the blood on my grandpa's shirt. then he started to going after him but the cops took him away. my aunt got a restraining order on him. we never saw him again.

My mom has several times when my dad was sick.
My sister called it once to prank them. She got her phone taken away as a result.
I have never dialed 911
