Which game is newer, Command and Conquer Red Alert 2, or Command and Conquer Zero Hour (I think is an expansion pack)
My friend has Zero hour and I want to get the game but if Red Alert 2 is newer then I'll buy it off my other friend.

Zero Hour is expansion for Command and Conquer Generals I believe, so I don't know if Generals is the newest version or Red Alert 2 is.. I think Generals is the newest but this game seems to have more things you can do... not sure tho

Yes, Zero Hour is an expansion of Command and Conquer Generals and it is newer than Red Alert 2.
Get Generals, as it is a fantastic game

generals and Zero hour are the new ones. the reson Red Alert 2 seems better will require a quick history lessen...
for years command and conquer has been made in part by Westwood, both westwood and EA had equal rights to the name. After the creation of Red Alert 2, Westwood tried making another C&C without the help of EA, this was Tiberium sun. the game flunked, it had awful graphics and clunky game play, this almost bankrupt Westwood, whats more is it ticked off EA... there was a short legal battle and EA came out victorius leaving Westwood in the dust of history. EA then tried making a C&C, Generals. however, though Generals had smooth gameply and great graphics, it lacked many of the features C&C players had grown to love... so it didn't do so great eather. leaving the best of them all as the last game that both companies made: Red Alert 2 and it's expansion yuri's revenge.

expansions are usaully new cause they are like extras to let ppl buy morre like if u buy this u gat an expansion so i think the expansion is new BUT wat do i know im just some idiotic guy
