What are some of the responsibilities of an "IT Application Support Analyst" ?

Just a job I'm considering applying for, but not sure what I might be doing.

it would depend on the type of application, but should include:
- extracting statistics
- providing user support upon request
- operating some ticketing support system
- provide suggestions for bugs creation and/or application
- help with regular upgrades and new systems launch
