Since simians shine in the space program....please ensure you don't scuttle or sabotage Buzz"s selection of sense.You could screw up his scheme and self worth, setting off self loathing and perhaps schizophrenia.

Barney needs to get Buzz an agent immediately. A talking baboon is not only a colorful character but one that is quite marketable as well. Think of all the television talk show appearances! The guest fees and future book (and accompanying book tour) could buy a LOT of goldfish, 24 karat even! And that could be verrrrry NASAice!

I don't think he wants to be an astronaut. He's using the bowl as a helmet and trying to warn you of the upcoming global thermonuclear war, hence the phrase, "Blast.... off!"
The "ook ook" part is because he cant form the letter 'L' properly and is trying to attract attention, saying, "Look, Look"

I believe Buzz Is just becoming aware of his possibilities I refer back to the saying 'monkey see' Barney should encourage Buzz as best he can. but maybe buy an oblong tank.
