Are 100/90w HID xenon bulbs road legal in the UK?

HID bulbs dont come in 100W or 90W...

HID bulbs are meant to be used with ballasts and they run at 35W or the rare 50W bulbs

in the US bulbs for main beam are generally 65W and below..

you also must be careful with high wattage bulbs... your housing and lens can get destroyed from the bulbs.
