Why dont u apply for a quiddity maestro card??
Its a card that u top at paypoints just like a top up card for your phone
I dont own a credit card or debit card but i have one of these and its great!!!!!
It costs just under £8 to get one (u pay by postal order) and then u top it up and you are ready to go!!!!
No bank accounts or nothing and u control how much money is in it
