Yes.
Ignore the taverns. They won't hurt you.
They have great K-1 to K-12 schools outside of Milwaukee.
Also great technical schools
Your kids will learn to have a strong work ethic.
State income taxes are higher than in most states.
So are property taxes in many cities.
The weather is good, even in winter, not all that cold.
Traffic isn't bad, even in Milwaukee rush hour.
There's a lot to do, like camping, fishing, hunting, festivals, golf, bowling, theaters, ballet, symphony, Bucks, Brewers, Badgers.
Door County is a mid-up scale tourist spot
Madison and Sheboygan were highly rated places to live.
Great restuarants.

Oh, yeah!! The state government is corrupt. So is Milwaukee's.

ANNNNND the crime rate in Milwaukee,Racine and probably Kenosha is high. (122 murders and 5700 car thefts in Milwaukee last year for example)

I think it is a great state to raise a family. Not only are family values an importance in Wisconsin but Wisconsin has great schools.

pretty much> michigan< ohio< and wisconsin are th best places to raise a family> they have snowy winters< hot summers< cool springs< pleasant falls< and all of that stuff> it"s heaven> don"t go to canada!!

I grew up in Milwaukee ....Moved to Florida when I was 30. Its very cold, depressing, and not much to do except drink. And one of the Highest crime rates in the united states.
Not a good place to raise kids...

MOVE TO FLORIDA...;)

No. Unless u want them to say words like "pop" and "you guys"... Its too cold. They will turn out to be boring and dull.
