Not sure what you mean by system.

Blood plasma (excess fluid) is squeezed out of the capillary bed through the permeable (porous) walls of the capillary and then returned through the process of "osmosis"

that would be the linphatic vascular system. The fluids are finally returned into the craneal ( or superior) vena cava via the thoracic conduct.
