what was the CANADIAN fashion in the 70s,80s and 90s?

please make sure it is canadian. for the 70s i thought of 5" platforms, 70s: legwarmers, and 90s: high waist pants. but im not sure if they are really canadian fashion. please help. thanks

Yeah I was wearing legwarmers in Canada in the 80s. It was actually a good fashion move in winter!

Okay, I don't know if this is specifically Canadian or not and I don't think that we wear clothing that's much different from that of the USA being that we are so close to each other and their influence over us from a cultural standpoint in entertainment and fashion is enormous, however, in the 80's when I was in highschool I can remember skinny jeans and harem pants being trendy. Ugh! What a horrible memory!

Um, let's clear something up first.
Canada has had the same styles as the US for as long as man has known. Just because it's technically another country doesn't mean that they wear different clothes. And not everyone in the 70's was a hippie.
