You can look up workopolis for jobs. The economy is pretty good. The system is good for english schools, not so much for french ones (depending where in Ottawa you wish to live). Post-education is about 5000$ a year, but if they qualify they can easily get help. I know they won't need this info for about 7 or 8 years, but just a heads up. I live in the east end, which is good, you can easily have access to different kinds of services. Hope this somewhat helps!
