I'm assuming you know his name. Everytime you see him, say "Hi, Brad!" Do this for a while, and when you see him alone, approach him again and just chit chat. Soon he'll be saying "hi" to you all of the time.

Be bold. Talk to him. Invite him for a small treat or a party. Find out his favourite haunts and see if you can meet him.

start with "hi" "good morning" "hey how r u?"
then ask him smt about lessons
get closer day by day..
invite him to your birthday party
look confident..smile as much as you can..
