two lads have just got into my garden and stole my sons brand new mountain bikes, i could not catch them but i saw what they looked like....so i have called the police.....my sons are 22 and 17 so if they see these lads i shudder to think what they will do to them, they are out there now looking for them...this area is quiet we have never been robbed before so i think it may have been someone in my block who had someone round here on bonfire night...coz the house is on private land, and no one can get in unles hey know how to access the back quarters of the house grrrr i am so pissed off, the bikes are only 2 weeks old....what do we do with these kids....grrrr

AK9, my 22 year old does not live here, bue he does live closeby..and my 17 year old spent all his hard earned wages on that bike......still does not give anyone the right to come onto my property and steal from us...i am not a serious person in general but i am when someone robs from us...

i`ve never had anything stolen off me yet but wen i hear that it happens to others it pisses me off. wots worse is u probably wont get them back either. ur poor sons must be gutted. i hope the police get them but somehow i don`t think they will but we can live in hope. burglaries are rife in my area. my friend had their house ransacked a few years ago. lots was taken. i used to run a mail order catalogue and they ordered a huge outside swimming pool that had just got delivered. of course that was taken too and can u believe that the coppers turned up here at 7 in the morning and carted me off under suspicion because they thought it was a bit convenient that the swimming pool gets delivered then immediately gets stolen! it actually turned out to be the couples so called friend that did it! nothing was recovered either. wot a world we live in!

I hope the thieves are caught and your sons get their bikes back. In the future make sure your sons lock their bikes up securely or keep them in the garage or in the house.

uuumm... kill theyre families? (you seem like a serious person, so i will clarify that that was sarcasm.) Your sons are a bit old to be making such a big deal out of it. Call the cops. Let them do their job. BTW: unless your 22 year old son lives with you , which i think is strange for his age, then he shouldnt make such a big deal out of it.
