when i install flash player on my psp it says it got downloaded but it never works?

flash player doesnt really download
if so
where does it end up?

You dont download the flash player. It's already on the PSP, you just need to activate it on the PSP's settings

The Flash Player is part of the PSP web browser. So if you can go online with your PSP go here to try some Flash games with it, http://www.psponme.com.
