Without interference, Benoit will tear Chavo to shreds. Chris Benoit is 100 times the wrestler Chavo Guerrero ever was. Hell, the best fued WWE could give Chavo was little Rey Junior. Now Rey is good, but his size is very much a limitation. Its Chris by a landslide.

Chris Benoit will win! I just hope after Survivor Series they give Benoit a chance at the World Heavyweight Title because he is the best wrestler on the Smackdown roster, hell he is the best wrestler in the WWE. I hope that answers your question.
