I feel as if my fiancees estranged wife is abusing her power with the court system to get her way all the time. In the state of PA, she has the right to do anything to him she wants. Which includes throwing him in jail, or raise child support (which he already pays) whenever he, nonintentionally, makes her mad. If I have proof she is abusing the system, is there anything I can do?

Jess: What you could do, needed to be done a long time ago before you got yourself sucked in to this vortex of consequences. That is don't get into it and you would now, not have to get out of it ! Why would you want a guy in your life with so much "baggage" ? HIS problem has become your problem too ! If you were wise, you would break off the engagement and go shopping somewhere else. There is no "euphoric" answer to this dichotomy ... none whatsoever !!!

The states will raise the support when they see that the wage earner is making alot more money before.

If I were you, I wouldn't be poking my nose into the child support issues. That's none of your business. It's between him, her and the kids.

If he's being thrown in jail, don't you think there is "just cause"? or are you believeing every word he says.

Just think, your not married to him yet, and already having issues with his ex. She's not going to go away!

IF you think she's abuseing the system, then get an attorney.

Estranged wife? As in still married to the guy wife? As someone engaged to a married guy, no you have no rights with their legal situation. As far as the shiite going on between them and then throw in kids - welcome to the rest of your life.

No, not a thing and it won't get better when you're his wife. You might want to get to know the woman and have a heart to heart talk with her. It would make things alot easier on everyone. Godloveya.
