sqrt 108=6 sqrt 3
sqrt 147=7 sqrt 3

this is what you get so far 6 times sqrt 3 plus 7 times sqrt 3
if you write that out you can see that you can use the distributive property to solve it which gives you (6+7) times the sqrt 3
you have to multiply it by 2
so 13 sqrt 3 times 2
you do not multiply sqrt 3 to become sqrt 6 because
you have 13 sqrts of 3 if you double it you dont have 26 sqrt 6
you have 26 sqrts of 3.
so the answer is 26 times the sqrt 3

The perimeter is 2 * width + 2 * length in radical form you do not even need to solve the sqrt's. You can do it!

You can also reduce sqrt(108) to 6 * sqrt(3) , I will let you see if sqrt(147) can be reduced.
