casual clothing. However, some fancy dresses are really nice too. The best, though, has to be wearing their husbands or boyfriends shirts and boxers in the morning.

Casual means approachable and deep down inside I think all men want to think the contact is possible. With a woman dressed in her most perfect culture armor, that's not as likely to happen. Like all mammals, we are motivated by visual cues.

It depends on the woman and the circumstance. I have seen women who look sexy no matter what they are wearing, sometimes it is just a matter of attitude.
