I rather slit my ears than listening to this happy shitty Band.
The question: What is actually their lovely fame ? I did not find anything special on the voice of that band. and you ?
You can check out Ian Gillan or David Coverdale (Deep Purple) Ronnie James Dio or Robert Plant, they are really powerful singers, that are able to reach the legendary levels.

According to MTV awards last year. Some stupid stars like Timberlake, Beyonce voted them as the best band of the world. Oh my God !

I personally find Coldplay a little bit boring when hearing a song for the first time, but with every next listening it's getting better and at some point I realise it's not as bad as I thought at first.
I would never say it's the best band in the world, but at the present moment, maybe they are different from the others.
Thinking about Deep Purple, Robert Plant etc. they are music "institutions" and they can't be compared with names who are famous only in last couple of years.

If you are a coldplay fan then maybe you would say they were the best, it depends on each persons taste.
Who exactly said that they were the best band of the world you ****.
They wouldnt be too up themselves to believe that but they know they have a lot of faithful fans, who love listening to their music and love going to concerts, so give it a rest

I don't know where do you get that Coldplay is the best band of the world. For me they're definitely not the best band of the world. I always thought that Coldplay played only for a thin layer of music lovers, that they play alternative music not mainstream.

It's fair enough if you don't like them but you don't have to force your tastes on other people. I agree, they're not the best band in the world but people are still allowed to like their music. Personally I find their music really touching and it really annoys me when it gets called suicide music, they might cover some sad themes but life isn't always fun, and at least they put some thought into what they do
