Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but trying to look younger is the surest way to attract people's attention to the fact that you are getting older. If you've ever seen women over 30 sporting the hairdo's worn by teenagers, you'll know what I mean. Or wearing clothing that is 'in' with the generation ahead of them. The secret is to be the best you can, within your own age group. Then you WILL look younger. Sounds goofy, but it's true. If you want to change your hair color, there's nothing wrong with that. But go a little lighter for the most flattering look.

I will be 44 in less than 2 weeks, and most tell me I don't look my age, the way I have kept my youthful looks have been by looking after my skin, I use the best cleansing products on the Market, and do it daily, the name being Dermalogica, you will of probably of heared it, it is American, they are not cheap, but I swear by it, I also think I have been very lucky to have youthful genes passed down from my Mothers side, my Grandmother is 95 and doesn't look a day over 75, her skin is perfect, with just a few lines round her mouth and chin area. You can also look younger by the way you dress and year your hair, if you dress modern and have a youthful hairstyle that also helps, but to be honest at 27 you are not old, but do what I said about using really good moisturisers and looking after that skin on a daily routine and you will stay looking young.
Good Luck !!!

Rather than bemoaning the fact that you're no longer in your early twenties, dress in a way which is more becoming to your figure / looks as you are now.
Changing your hair colour will just ruin the state of your hair and once you start on that, you have to keep it up as you'll have lost your natural colour. Whilst you've got that, hang onto it, you won't get it back.

Recently my colleague was feeling the same. I advised her to buy Olay First effects, Dermalogica, Clarins cleansers and mineral makeup.
She used the First effects on her forehead, Dermalogica on her entire body, Clarins cleansers for taking the deed off and mineral makeup so that her skin can glow and won't cause harm if she forgets and sleeps in it.
I have suddenly noticed in 4 days, her skin looks different, but mind you, she still drinks a lot of water, eats her fruits and veg and doesn't indulge in take aways.
I know it's different for everyone. For myself, I do all of the above, but I apply a mask, preferably Avon, once a week to keep it simple.

a healthy balanced diet is the first step to looking young and healthy! drink plenty of water, lots of fresh friut and vegetables (organic if possible), drink your own made smoothies, using natural yoghurt and fruit. Try to eat as little of refined sugar as possible, as it ages you alot! Secondly, dont smoke and limit alcohol! Thirdly...dont use harsh products on your skin, use gentle products, and always take makeup off. Dying your hair can make you look younger by the way though if you get the right colour, try henna its good and its natural :) Hope this helps

Stop or cut back on eating red meat and pork.
Eat more vegetable cooked and raw.
Eat more fruits.
Exercise, walk at least two miles every day.
Exercise your mind, do a crossword, read a good book.
Do these things and soon you will be looking younger and feeling a lot younger.
Challenge yourself!

Don`t change the colour, enhance your own to it`s nearest colour. Try some new clothes if you can afford it. 27 ain`t old. Wait until you get to 50! Then it gets scary!

I'm 28 and REALLY understand how you feel. I'm going to try some anti-aging products and start from there.
I wouldn't go with changing hair colors. It's not worth the damage to it.
