I was first in the Philippines in 1966 returning from Viet Nam. I swore to return. I did in 1984. There I met my wife. We married in 1985 and have a 20 year old daughter.

yes i know a philippino person.And yes i have herard of the philippines.FOR CRYING OUT LOUD IM FILIPINO!!!Here 4 asking the question, I'll give u a words to learn.

magayon=means beautiful
pinoy or pinay=is a filipino person but(like in slang)like hommie in english

Don't know anyone but a friend of mine recently visited the Philippines. She said it was very beautiful scenery and talked about how nice everyone was.
