in the eye is not enough to keep the pervy old bloke next door from eyeing up my smalls on laundry day.Any ideas what i can do to tackle this embarassing problem??

Now back to the question, why don't you hang a few with skids in, maybe that'll put the fecker off. Personally I don't understand the need for women's smalls. Nothing hanging out there is there?

I have no idea what smalls are or why you expose them every laundry day.
Can you put up a fence, dry them indoors, file a complain with the police?

HE DOES? Go to his house, or mail a letter by hand telling him to stop. If you do have a dryer, use it! Or, you could ask family (Good construction workers) or friends to move your clothesline to the other side of your house.
