So I went out with this (self-described) shy guy last night. It was a blind date, 1st time meeting one another in person. He was SO shy. We sat down and it was like he had no clue what to say to me. We did end up having a good time, but I felt like I had to work on getting him to open up and talk to me. He was obviously nervous, fidgeting, etc. I started to think he was "just not that into me." But when the date was over he blew me away with an awesome 1st kiss. It was like night & day.
So do shy guys express themselves better...um...physically? Or what was this about? Help me out guys.

well during blind dates both woman and men may be shy. It is hard to get into a real good discussion when you don't know much about the other person's intrests. He might not be shy and the second date will prove what his social status is. The kiss means he is attracted to you and he can't express it in words yet.

Not a guy but If he's shy then the more you get to know each other the more he will lose his shyness. If he's shy on the date MY guess would be that he would be shy/sheltered elsewhere atleast until you get comfy with each other. Sounds like he just happens to be a great kisser. You'll have to keep at him to find out the rest

maybe he liked you so much that he didn't talk much because he didnt't want to say anything bad or anything that you wouldn't like and i do think that physical things are better than words
