I am not necessarily afraid TO die but I am a bit concerned about how I am going to die. Not for the pain and suffering part but for what my dying if it is long and drawn out will do to my family.

What I don't want, is for my family and friends to be sad or mourn for me. I want them to celebrate and be happy for me because I finally made it HOME!
