Both. In my experience, I've found they totally compliment each other, from everything like evolution to time, to the creation of the Universe and God. Just because you need a "scientific answer" doesn't mean the Bible doesn't have it, maybe your just not looking in the right passages. And science doesn't automatically do away with God, the more you understand the world of science, the more you understand the neccesity for a Creator. Its beautiful together.

science explains evolution. the bible explains the life. the two together explain whats it all about.
we need religion we need science. we need to know why and how we got here but most of all what are we here for which science can not explain so we go to our faith. someone wanted us here which no scientists could answer that question. Can you.
So I believe in both

I believe Science is real and can be proven. I believe Religion is changed to fit the belief of each group or individual's belief, and that, makes it unbelievable.

I believe in science - but i dont think you can forget about faith - and not ina necessarily religous sense, i'm not religious at all,but i still beleive in faith, and i think that a ldash of faith within a mixture of science is a good combo

I believe in science. Cold, hard facts that I can see and/or touch makes me feel safer than some god that I cant see and/or touch. I love facts, not myths. Myths are fun, but I dont believe in them. Ah, but what do you expect from an Evolutionist/Atheist?

Just science. It provides answers to many of our questions - and opens doors to new possibilities
Religion kills to many people and starts to many wars to be worth the trouble.
I do however have spiritual thoughts and a belief in some form of supreme being / force. I just do not need to shoot my mouth of about it to quietly believe.

both.
I believe in both, in the context you are talking about. I do not put my faith in science, nor do i put my faith in man's religion.
My faith is in God.
But, to answer you question as to why.
Science explains things that our religion cannot
AND
religion explains things science cannot.
So it's both for me.
It is my opinion that you do not have to choose either one or the other.
There is room for both.
Of course, that's me.
YMMV
