If he knows they are pantyhose I think yes. Most guys love the look of nylons, but they all imagine they are stockings,not pantyhose. You can't have great sex wearing pantyhose, but you can have fantastic sex wearing stockings.
If the question of sex doesn't enter the picture, honestly what kind of guy is he? It usually goes first visual attraction, next sexual attraction. Pantyhose in no way are designed for hetero sex. If a guy isn't interested in that, he's a sissy through and through.

No I don't think so especially if that guy is straight. I would guess that is one of the many straight turn ons for guys looking at women.
If the guy is gay and getting turned on by women wearing pantyhose then perhaps he should investigate that and the level of his desires for the women in pantyhose..........Yes? or No?
But then again that is you and you just have to be you.....I wont judge you for that, that is all apart of who you are and we are not straight, gay or in between first.

No, alot of men have fetish's about certain articles of female clothing. There is a whole group of fetishists who get turned on by those old girdles from the 40's/50's.
