Vitamin E moisture cream from The Body Shop. It's wonderful, without making you feel greasy. Alternatively, St. Ives is a great brand that you can get at WalMart. . .they've got something called "whipped silk" or something close to that (I know there's a 'whipped' in the name), and in fact, the only reason I like the Body Shop stuff better is because it smells nicer. St. Ives stuff is inexpensive but very, very good.

For your body: Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream
For you face: Cetaphil facial moisturizer w/ SPF 15 or Dove facial moisturizer.
I like both. The Dove is real creamy so only use a little. And the only draw back to the Cetaphil is that it has a funny taste. I tuck my lips in when putting it on.

Try Dove Deep Moisture facial lotion. This stuff is amazing! My skin has never looked better. It has UVA/UVB protection, 5 Nutrient Lipids, and it's hypo-allergenic.

Go for a creamy based type. Put it on at night, and wear gloves and socks to really add impact. You can also use baby oil after a shower.
