Some yes, some no. Some alcolohics have have a high drive, but the fact they poison their bodies means they make have the will, but their metabolism is slowed down making the physical aspect of it more difficult than if they weren't addicted to the liquid poison.

"The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak".

Cheers!

Refrain from habits like smoking, alcohol consumption etc. - Alcohol affects your liver function, which, in turn, causes a dramatic rise in estrogen levels. Even two drinks a day will have long-term effects on sperm production

Fruits like kiwi, watermelon, celery, and pineapple are all said to make semen taste lighter. Beer and coffee are believed to have something of an opposite effect, and could leave her with a bitter taste in the mouth. Alkaline-based foods like meat and fish produce a buttery taste, while acidic fruits (cranberries, blueberries and plums) produce a pleasant, sugary flavor. Most liqueurs will do the same, while dairy products can make for a foul taste because of their high bacterial putrefaction levels.

Of course some people have more sex when drunk than when sober. Some people are never fully sober. From my experience someone who is an alcoholic doesn't have much drive to do anything but drink.

Some people may have sex more often drunk then sober because alcohol is a depressant which lowers your inhibitions. So if you are feeling randy, you will be more likely to act on it when inebriated.

However, excessive alcohol use does tend to depress one's sex drive. Your body's abilitiy to react to physical stimuli is greatly affected making it more difficult to be sexually aroused. It also affects your coordination and balance, making the actual act more difficult.

The actual sexual effects of alcohol are complicated, and there are many serious negative sexual consequences of drinking too much and drinking too often, according to Sexuality Guide Cory Silverberg.Alcohol and Risky Sex
Drinking alcohol can lead to increased risky sexual behavior, such as not using protection against disease, or having sex that you later regret. For men the amount of alcohol consumed, and how often a man drinks, has an impact on whether there will be negative sexual effects of alcohol. Most of the research in this area has been with men who are, or were, alcoholics. Sexual effects in these studies include:

Difficulty getting and maintaining erections
Difficulty ejaculating/delayed ejaculation
Reduced sexual desire
Increased sexual aggression
Infertility
For women The main effects of alcohol on sexuality are:

Reduced sexual arousal
Difficulty achieving orgasm, achieving orgasm less frequently
Overall lower sexual satisfaction as compared to non-alcoholics

No, when a person is sober for a while, they think of sex and they think"Wow! look at what I've been missing !" A recovering alcoholic is sober, a drinking alcoholic is a drunk.
