yahoo won't let me pick a best answer yet, but thank you to every one that suggested looking at verizon's website, i thought i would have to talk to them, but i found the answer on their website, for anyone else who has this problem the code is the last 4 digits of that phone's phone number.

Like someone else's answer, try 1234 or 123...not sure if the code is 3, 4, or 5 numbers.

just call the verizon people or go to their website. They should be able to tell you. I have a verizon phone to but not sure about unlocking it.

Go to the manual there must be a phone number on trouble shooting or call your nearest verison office I'm sure they will be glad to help you there is just not just the computer that can help.

try using the codes 0000, or 1234, as these are usually preset codes. If this does not work contact your network provider who should be able to help you once they have verified that it is your phone.
