Were you pregnant before the spotting? I know of a friend that had a period the whole time she pregnant with her second child. Everyone is different, so you should check with your ob.

Probably not, you can only get pregnant on like a 5(at the most ) day period and it is usually about 10-15 days after day one on your period. I would not worry
