you would have to change alot more than just the caliper, but they do offer the same rims in all lug patterns you just have to look at the catalogues

I would not try to change your wheel studs to a 5 bolts just to accommodate rims. Some manufactures offer blank wheel bolts holes for you to take to the machine shop to drill, very handy if you have a forgein wheel bolt pattern, but otherwise check out your local tire dealer or auto parts store and you will be able to find an assortment of wheels for a 4 bolt pattern. If you are really serious about changing it, i would get a conversion kit which bolts onto your four bolt wheel and gives you a 5 bolt wheel pattern, but you must get a rim to accommodate the added offset and make sure you get them properly installed. This is a best picture i can find to show what im talking about (an old ebay auction) http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/4-LUG-to-5-LUG-BOLT-PATTERN-CONVERSION-KIT-VERY-RARE_W0QQitemZ290044946217QQcmdZViewItem
