when your getting your roots touched up do u pay the full highlight price again or can they just touch?

ur roots up for like a small fee. bc they recolor my whole hair everytime i try to get my roots touched up n make me pay the full color/highlight fee

even if you just get touched up they will charge full price...promise. It sucks but they have to make a living somehow, I guess...lol

It's a rip off, but I've never paid anything but the full highlight price.
