My washing machine cleans the clothes just fine, but the spin cycle does not appear to be fully emptying. After it spins, as the drum comes to a stop, I hear a sloshing sound of water. The clothes are not as dry as the used to be either, and there is an odor in the machine, though not as bad of a smell as it seems many people have had after reading many posts. Has anyone had this problem?

It sounds like your pump is slowing down. This can happen with an older machine.

You may want to check to see if your drain line is clear.

Good Luck!

Sounds like either a partially clogged drain pipe or your pump is going bad. The smell comes from stagnant water that is not leaving your machine. If youre unsure of doing this task call an appliance repairman
