It is a 1995 yamaha blaster and it doesnt seem to be running well and i dont no if i need to rebuild it or not.

check the carb, change spark plug...two strokes load up the spark plug very often, check the air filter...and so on..check simple things first..then if u have to rebuild

Generally an engine needs rebuilding when it begins to feel sluggish. However, I guess the real answer depends on your definition of rebuilding. I would recommend, if it is running poorly, clean the carburetor, change plug, and perhaps even a new piston and rings. If none of that works, you may have a deeper issue. Good luck!

If a tune up doesn't solve your problems, have a compression check done. If your compression is bad-you will probably need a new piston on the side that is low.

chech the pistons and spark plug.

strip it down and make sure your spark plugs are ok n put it bk togeter
