What are some basic bills you would pay for housing and the costs? (Not the house itself but like electric, heating, ect..)

Electric, phone, cable, oil, gas, lawn maitinence, garbage removal, snow removal, possibly renters insurance, internet. The price for these items depend greatly on the location of the home. I would guess around $350 at least a month, but I pay much more then that in NY.
