How about buying her something you can enjoy together? Like some theatre tokens, cinema vouchers or paintball tickets. Or a great DVD to watch together.
If she's into lesbian books try Night Watch by Sarah Waters, it was one of the cleverest and most moving books I have ever read. Seriously 10/10 stuff.
I think it will be cold this winter so a scarf and gloves will make a nice stocking filler. And a CD is always nice.
Perhaps she would also like a nice photo of you in a cool frame so she can see you when you are far away.
Whatever you get her she will love it - it's from you after all!
