hi, well this is no joke and this is really hard to tell for me, so please PLEASE help me. I'm a 26 year old guy, I had a 22 gf and we split up because I moved to another country. Now something is happening to me, I feel attraction to young, preteen girls. like 14 or so. yeah yeah, I know you're probably thinking "gee, what an animal" , "F.U., pedo!!!" But thats the point, I DON'T WANT TO FEEL THIS WAY!!! It just happened!! Is it normal? Am I a pedo for liking 13 and 14 year old girls? Should I get any professional help? Please don't hate me, because this feelings are against my will and are driving me insane. I NEED to know if its normal or not. Please.

Well, you are fine until you act on these feelings. You can't really control who you are attracted to.
BUT...
You need to figure out what it is you are attracted to in these 13 & 14 year olds, and see if you can't transfer those traits to what "legal" women have.
I myself love pigtails and kneesocks, but not on underage girls.
I like the innocence thing, etc. , plus the pigtails can be great fun.
Consider the fact that at 26, you are an "authority figure" to girls that age (if they give you the time of day), AND it's illegal, sooooo the negatives HAVE to outweigh the advantages. Plus, why screw up a young girl's life, ESPECIALLY if you would happen to be intimate with one.
Find a way to turn this attraction into something legal. Japanese videos, smaller adult women, whatever it takes...
For the sake of the girls, AND your own well-being.

i would go find a councelor to talk to. i think that would help you alot. I would not leave this issue unattened and i would not let this matter get out of hand. you could go to jail for doing anything with a preteen. just thinkthey are very irresponsible and immature and would just take all your money. And then they would tell mommy and daddy and you would be put in prison for a LONG time.

Yep. I'd get help. I used to have a 26 yr old dude who stalked me. I'm 15. It's weird. I'd get help. Ur already more than 1/2 way thru getting thru this bc u admit it. Good 4 u! Best of luck!

Its a shame that as soon as someone admits to having this problem they get showered with abuse. This is why we have such a clandestine problem that endangers children.
Its not your fault that you have these urges and it is totally within your power not to act on them even if you cant get rid of them totally. You made a good first step by asking for help. Now you need to go and see your doctor and ask them for help with counselling.

You're not weird for having this attraction to younger girls, most men do prefer a younger girlfriend.
Dating a 14 year old is not illegal as long as you don't have sex or do sexual things with her until she is at a legal age.
Please don't think you are not normal.

imagine u have a sis that is only 13 years old..
still goes 2 school..studies
does'nt know anything about relationship..
so just imagine for like 1 second that shes going out with a guy like ur age.....
how wrong is that
because shes still young,however just keep looking away
and everytime u get attracted by one of them just remember shes ur sis.
