It really all depends on how long you want to be in school and how many courses you can handle per semester. You can graduate in four years with one major and one minor fairly easily, or you could go five years and get a master's degree. You could probably get a major and two minors in four years of you are a VERY dedicated student by taking 18-19 credit hours per semester and taking a full course load over summers. It's best to talk to an academic advisor on your campus. Together you and the advisor can make a plan of study that is possible to complete in the time frame that works best for you. Contact either admissions or student affairs to set up an appointment with an advisor.

As many as you want. I know a girl who just graduated with a dual major in Special Education and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing with three minors: American Sign Language, Gender and Women's Studies, and Ethnic Studies.

You might have to take more time though.
