Toothpaste and an old tooth brush. Scrub it like you would your teeth with a good case of dragon breath. :)

If you put the shirt in the dryer after you tried to Oxyclean & Tide then unfortunately that stain maybe set.

yes it may be set if it's been through the dryer, but often times I have found the spray and wash stick works wonders, you put it on there (it's like a big glue stick) and let it set preferably overnight or at least 20 minutes, it's worked for me several times.

Dissolve It - you can get it at most stores that sell general cleaning supplies (Wal-Mart, Target, possibly grocery stores). This stuff gets most anything out of anything. Make sure you follow the directions.

Try Goo Gone, it has even removed permanent marker for me. You should be able to purchase it at your local grocery or Walmart.
