alright, there used to be a little bar across the bottom of the screen that would tell you what the computer was doing, like opening page, or done, or whatever, just all them letters and numbers that don't mean anything to me. Well, it's not there anymore, does anybody know how to get it back, please?!?!?!?!

On your internet explorer (IE) browser, click on the VIEW menu and select STATUS BAR. The same goes for your computer's file folders like My Documents, My Computer, etc. Other browsers like Mozilla Firefox uses she same command functions (VIEW >> STATUS BAR). Hope this helps.
