(I think its the Arctic Circle , Alaska, but Im not sure)

It's within the Arctic Circle in which that happens. Part of Alaska is included in that area, but not all of it.

All places in the Artic & Antartic circles.

Eg, the Tamyr Peninsula, northern Norway, Sweden Finland, Greenland, Alaska, Yukon Territory, etc
