Try using Goo Gone. You can get it about anywhere (Wal-mart, k-Mart, etc.) My sister-in-law once spilled red candle wax on her new gray carpet. She said the Goo Gone softened it up and she was able to get it right out.

Don't iron the wax deeper into the fabric because if the wax does come out, but it usually all won't, any dye in the candle will now be set in your cloth. Put the item in the freezer and wait an hour then take it out and the frozen wax should peel off with no stains left to ruin the material.

Check with the Domestic Diva website. Otherwise I suggest freezing it first then carefully scraping the wax off . If the fabric tolerates heat a clean white cloth over it and lightly applying heat with an iron to remove the rest of it. Wash fabric as usual.

Get an iron and a paper bag. Put the paper bag over the wax, then turn the iron on and iron over the bag, focusing on the spot where the wax is spilt. This will melt the wax and the bag will soak it up. It really works!!

Scrape off what you can. Then take a paper grocery sack. Wrinkle it up and then unwrinkle it (to soften the bag) Then put it over the wax and iron it. The heat will melt the wax and the bag will absorb it. Keep using fresh bag till the wax is gone.

Dissolve It - This stuff works like magic! It got set in candle wax out of carpet for me. Follow the directions on the bottle. You will have to work at it, but it will come out.

Just put masking tape over the area, then iron the cloth, the heat from the iron and the tape being lifted should pull it out. You may have to do it a few times. If that doesn't take it out and there is some color left on it you can try "goof off" or "goop off" you can get it anywhere, it's a paint/glue remover.

Put a cloth doen over it and then iron the spot. The iron will melt the wax and the cloth will absorb it. Don't make the iron too hot though.

Pick off as much as you can then iron it in between lots of paper. The paper will absorb the wax.

Ensure the wax is completely hardened, then remove with a knife or a similar flat surface item. Then use warm, soapy water and wipe with a soft cloth. Use the cloth twice and you should be good to go!
