If Your PSP Is Broken, It's Best You Contact With Sony Themselves (1)..
Remember: If You Mess With The PSP Or Have It Unofficially Fixed By Some Other Person, That Will Void Your PSP Warranty..
So, If Your PSP Is Under Warranty, You Can Send It To Be Fixed/Changed For Free, Otherwise, Pay A Fee..

Sony won't fix a cracked LCD screen under warranty because that's "abuse". They will do an $89 exchange for a refurb though I believe. There are several non-Sony repair services available but if you get anyone other than Sony to fix it you'll void the warranty if you still have one. PSP Repair Service will replace it for $69 which I think is the cheapest option.
