Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

Nortons, systemantic is pure garbage for many years and continues to get worse each an every year. You can only run one antivirus program or you will have conflict. I assume you purchased Nortons, an it is a really difficult program to try and try and remove as it will leave atleast 350 fragments glued to your files and hidden all over your system.
If you go to your tray on your monitor, shut down Nortons.
Then download from Avast: http://www.avast.com They are out of prague and will ask you for your email address so they can send you a free key that is good for one year. After the one year you must request a new key.
I use this program in two computers an I never had one virus in over nine years. Scans all 195,000 objects in my system includinge IE7 and MSN Messenger.
The you can remove avast after the virus has been removed. Please also reboot your system.

I would suggest u reformat your harddrive or do a recovery. This should be able to resolve your problem. It will wipe your computer clean of virus or any spyware. U have to remember that certain virus will be able to disable your anti-virus software, and damage your pc too. I would suggest to anyone always update your anti-virus, even if u set it at automatic update. I think the best way to get rid of your viruses is to reformat your harddrive! The reason why I suggested this is because the viruses in your pc, seems to have place themselves in your Windows application systems. Lastly, I would suggest u get the latest Norton Anti-Virus software cause it will protect your computer from any virus. It will also prevent and detect any virus which is implanting itself in your computer. It has help me do that a lot or many times already. Best of luck in removing your virus!
