So,. you spent years being a controlling butt head. Then, after taking it for years, until she finally reached her limit, and told you that she's had enough, and it's over. Now want some magic answer to make things all better. Sorry, it isn't that way. A marriage isn't like a computer, where you can hit the delete key, and wipe something out. It may be fixable, it may not be. All you can do is hope she'll allow you to stay married to her. Actually, it probably doesn't matter. IF she decides to try again, you'll probably soon revert to being a control freak again, cuz you obviously like doing that, or it never would have been a problem in the first place.

I would say that you need to go get counseling on your own.......If you used to be controlling...chances are you still have the problem., contolling people dont change in a short amount of time......2 months dont cure that.....Losing 14 lbs in a week indicates you are SUPER upset......probally becuase you are getting the picture that you can no longer control her....or what happens to your relationship....YOU are in a constant state of emotional reaction....u need counseling to help yourself....only then can you help your situation....Good for her for getting help....Do the same......

Focus on yourself for a bit. Go to counseling for anger management or other issues, go to church, talk to people. Take a breather from calling her. You have to show her (and yourself) that you are truly ready to change.

Let her go, she has probably realised that she can find happiness somewhere else without being controlled.

unless your willing to see a counselor with her then it sounds like she has made up her mind. I do imagine that there is alot more to your story.
