Try putting on a dark eyeshadow and then putting a darker shade on the crease of the eyelid. Then outline the top eyelid with pencil liner, and then go back over it with a very thin line of liquid eyeliner. If you want eyes that appear to be bigger, then do not use eyeliner on the bottom, just mascara. This should do the smokey effect and the bigger eyes effect at the same time.

Put white closest to your eye brow.
Put a lighter color on your lid, and with a small brush use a darker color to accent the crease of your eyelid.
It'll help give you a smokey look AND it'll make your eyes just pop.

apply eye primer first to prevent eyeshadow 'slippage' on your eye lid then brush on a light sliver eye shadow on the whole eye lid. next, apply a dark colour or for a more special look, apply a navy blue eyeshadow starting at the root of the lashes and working upwards. afterwards, sweep a black eyeshadow line from the corner of your eye to the outer edge. then, apply 2 coats of mascara, dun be scared if it makes your lashes clump, apply a bit more for a rock n roll look. smoky eye mascara, i would say maybelline great lash (blackest black), for a more further perfect look, tidy your eyebrow with a eyebrow brush or a eyebrow gel. hope this make you rock!
And i wouldnt recommend liquid eyeliner if u dun have a steady hand n for my experience, it leaves you a pair of big panda eyes if you just wash it wiv water

Easy...it doesn't take humongous eyes to get your eyes smokin' sexxy...first, apply a good quality black eyeliner (I recommend Lancome or Dior), and after you apply a thick coat, on top of that, grab a good quality charcoal eyeshadow and apply it all over the eyes (and make sure with the eyeliner you do the top of the lid and the bottom too to make the "big eyes" illusion)

Put a light color shadow on the portion of your eyelid that is directly on top of your eye and put the "smoky" stuff on the outer corners (just a touch). You don't want to put a bunch of dark stuff on top of your eyes because that will make them look smaller.
