Humans only have two sexes with genetic options, for lack of a better term.
some are born female and straight
some are born female and bi
some are born female and gay
some are born female and asexual
some are born female predominate hermaphrodite
some are born male and straight
some are born male and bi
some are born male and gay

some are born male predominate hermaphrodite
a rare few are born hermaphrodite gender split even

I guess you mean: Man, Woman, Gay, Lesbian. Unless you consider Gay and Men (and Women and Lesbian) the same which I do not for obvious reasons. Anyway, you can add Hermaphrodites (so is it 5 sexs?)
