Oolong is supposed to fight aging.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I have no idea about this tea but I know that green tea and lots of water will help you lose weight myself I replace snacks with tea. good luck

I have a tea room, I drink orange blossom oolong, (oolong and wulong are the equal factor incidentally) it is particularly well, so far as weight reduction, it is helping just a little, however now not as vastly as a few might have you ever to suppose.

really dont know about that ... But theres a type tea called"super Dieters Tea)(comes in lemon or cinn. apple)
that 1 cup a night , buddy will shed the weight off! but be cautious cause its very potent & letting it steep to long or making it to strong will give u TERRIBLE cramps!!! Be perpared to cramp up anyway until adjusted>
